Both acute and chronic conditions - the signs and symptoms, clinical picture, palpation, mobilization and home regime

3. Going Through Correct Bending and Sitting

4. Students Learn More About Using Their Heel to Mobilise the Lumbar Spine - each student is taught (in front of the group). Practice in pairs. Several sessions of this

5. Manual Mobilisation Techniques for The Thoracic and Cervical Spine

6. Other Spinal Decompression/Mobilisation Techniques for the Lx, THx and Cx in a Class Setting

7. Important Self-Treatment Techniques for the Neck and Thorax

4. Mobilizing the Neck from the Front With The Hands

3. Each Participant Experiences What It’s Like As Sarah Uses Her Heel on the Thoracic Spine and Ribs

4. Heel Mobilisation Techniques Using the Heel on Thoracic Spine and Ribs
